About the Event

We are excited to announce that Michael Troubat will be presenting at STATIC 23. A fantastic opportunity to hear from a world renowned expert in EMF and lightning in a hazardous area.

STATIC 23 will continue to provide updates in relation to incidents that have occurred specific to static electricity and lightning as well as changes to standards AS 1020, AS 1768 and AS 60079-32-1 as well as providing insightful presentations from keynote speakers, industry leaders and subject matter experts.
In 2022 two case studies specific to static electricity/ lightning, will be analysed as an interactive group. These case studies will follow/explain a static electricity, lightning project from start to finish, how to audit, survey the project, classification of the hazardous area, specification of equipment, compliance to standards, installation of equipment, training and ongoing maintenance.
